My name is Gaven Hempstead (Ronald) and this is all about doing one nice thing each day. I have done it for years, normally just the one. If I can do it each day, I’m guessing people a lot nicer than me will have no problems at all.

You don’t have to give a lung to get that warm fuzzy feeling. Anything from giving a busker (even a bad one) some change, smiling at someone who has not been smiled at for a long time, letting someone merge in front of you in the traffic is all it takes.
